Who can be a creator

Malaysian individuals invited by SawitSync. An invite is personal and works once. While you are an active creator, your SawitSync account is free on every device, with every feature.

Your code

You choose your own code: up to 7 letters or numbers followed by 50 (for example AIMAN50). You have one active code at a time and can change it once every 30 days. Farmers who already used your old code stay credited to you; the old code stops working for new farmers. Farmers who sign up with your code get 14 days free and then 50% off their first paid month. A farm can use one code, chosen before its trial starts; it can't be changed after. You can't use your own code, and codes can't be used by farms that have subscribed before.

What you earn

• About RM9–10 when a farmer who used your code makes their first payment (the discounted month).
• About RM9–10 when they make their second payment (the first full-price month).
• About RM19–20 instead, if their first payment is a yearly plan.
• Nothing after that. Trials, cancellations during the trial and refunded payments earn nothing.

The exact amount is a share of what SawitSync receives after tax and payment or store fees, with a limit per payment, so it can be slightly lower in some months. Your dashboard always shows the exact amount for each payment. Each earning is pending for 14 days after the payment, then it is ready for payout. If a payment is refunded or charged back, its earning is removed, or taken off your next earnings if it was already paid. New creators have a monthly limit on first payments before we review them; anything over it is held, not lost.

Payouts. You do not need to claim anything. About every 10 days we process a payout for each creator who has RM30 or more ready for payout and has saved bank details on the dashboard. The money reaches your account within 7 days of processing. If it has not arrived by then, email creator@sawitsync.com.

Farmers' details

Your dashboard shows the first name and email of each farmer who used your code, because they agreed to that when entering it. You may use these details only to talk to them about SawitSync (for example, to help them get started). Stop if they ask. Never share, sell or add them to another list, and never use them for anything else.

How you talk about SawitSync

• Be honest: say it's a 14-day free trial, then 50% off the first month, then the normal price. Don't promise results, yields or income.
• Say you are a SawitSync creator and earn when people use your code.
• No fake sign-ups, no signing up yourself or your family to earn, no paid ads on the SawitSync name, no spam.

Pausing or ending

You can stop at any time; tell us. We may pause your code or remove you from the programme if these rules are broken or the programme changes. Earnings already approved stay yours, except where they came from breaking these rules. When you stop being a creator, your free access ends and your account works like anyone else's.
