For anything under the Personal Data Protection Act — a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting everything — write to privacy@sawitsync.com from the address on your account. Most of it you can do yourself in the app: Reports → Export CSV, and Account → Delete my account. We answer within 21 days, usually much sooner. The full privacy notice explains what we hold.
