Signing in

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password and enter your email. The reset link is valid for an hour. Check the spam folder if it hasn't arrived in a few minutes.

The app keeps sending me back to sign-in

Your session has expired or the browser cleared its storage. Sign in again; nothing you saved is lost.

Harvests and money

A harvest was saved twice

Open the lot, find the duplicate in Harvests, and delete it. The FFB sale and any harvest costs linked to it are removed with it, so the ledger corrects itself.

The income is right but "left after costs" is wrong

Check the Money screen for that date: each harvest cost is its own expense line with the note Harvest cost. Delete a wrong one there and re-enter it as an ordinary expense on the correct date.

The month total doesn't match my slips

Filter Money to that month and compare line by line. Common causes are a sale logged under the wrong date, or a cost entered as income. Both are edited from the entry itself.

Lots and maps

The lot is in the wrong place on the map

Edit the lot and tap the location field. You can drag the pin or use your current position while standing on the lot. The weather strip updates to the new spot.

The tree count looks wrong

If you didn't enter one, the app estimates about 60 palms per acre and says so. Enter the real count on the lot and the fertiliser sums change immediately.

Calendar and advice

The calendar is empty

Windows are projected from the last log on each lot. Log the most recent harvest and fertiliser round — even if they were weeks ago — and the next three months fill in.

The fertiliser card says "too young"

Set the tree age on the lot. Palms under a year old are still on their nursery programme, so the app holds back until the first band applies.

The weather strip won't scroll on my computer

Drag it with the mouse or use the scroll wheel while hovering over it. On a trackpad, swipe sideways.
