Your records are yours. Here is exactly what we hold.

What we collect

• Account. Your email address and a password (stored only as a hash, which we cannot read).
• Farm. The farm name, its currency and weight unit, and the members you invite.
• Lots. Names, acreage, tree age, soil type, tree count, and — only if you set it — the lot's map location.
• Records. Harvests, money entries, fertiliser applications, spraying and pruning logs, and plans, as you enter them. Photos, if you attach any.

We don't collect contacts, your phone's location in the background, advertising identifiers, or anything from other apps.

What it's used for

To run the app for you: showing your records back to you, working out fertiliser doses and due windows, and fetching a weather forecast for your lots. That's all. We don't build profiles, sell data, or send marketing.

Who else sees anything

• Members of your farm see everything in it. You choose who they are.
• Supabase hosts the database and sign-in service the app runs on. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
• Open-Meteo receives the coordinates of a lot when the app fetches its forecast. No account details are sent with the request.
• OpenStreetMap tile servers receive the area of the map you're looking at when you pick a location.

Nothing is shared with dealers, mills, agencies or advertisers. If the law requires us to disclose data, we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.

Where it's kept, how long

Data lives in a managed Postgres database with row-level security: every query is restricted on the server to the farms you belong to. Backups are kept for a rolling period and then discarded. Your records stay for as long as you have an account.

Your choices

• Export. Reports → Export CSV, any time.
• Delete a record. Each harvest, entry or log has a delete action. Deleting a harvest removes the sale and costs it created.
• Delete everything. Ask us and your account and all its data are removed within a few days, including from backups as they roll over.
• Location. You can leave a lot's location unset; you'll simply get no weather for it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will say so on the dashboard before the change takes effect. The date at the top is always the date of the current version.
